We have been at it since 1988
Our cleaning specialists have served the Valley of the Sun since 1988, and in that time we have worked with a wide variety of clients and industries. Today we serve the East Valley: Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. One client with a mortgage office wrote in a Google review in 2013 that not a day had been missed since we began cleaning his office over a decade before.
You get a visit before you get a number
An estimate from us starts with a visit, because a building is hard to judge over the phone. Call us and we will come out, look at the space, answer any questions you have and give you a free estimate. The visit is also your chance to see who you would be dealing with. When you call, ask for James.
The plan is yours, not ours
Our services are customizable to meet the specific needs of each client. We clean your space to your specifications, on a daily, weekly or monthly plan that fits your needs and your budget, and our team works around your schedule. One client wrote that he sometimes needs extra attention in the workshop area of his business and sometimes wants nobody in there until a critical job is complete. All he has to do, he said, is write a simple note and leave it on the receptionist’s desk.
We bring the right equipment and look after it
- HEPA vacuums and microfiber cloths. They let us clean more effectively while using fewer resources.
- A carpet cleaning van. Carpet care is customized to the building.
- Frequent mop head changes and vacuums with the proper bags and filtration. We believe in both.
- Only quality cleaning products. Dollar store products show in how well the cleaning is done.
- Non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for your employees and for the environment.
- Strict safety protocols. Safety comes first, for our clients and for our own team.
The people who do the work
Our team is made up of experienced and highly skilled cleaning professionals who are dedicated to exceptional service. Some of them are in the photographs on this site: Gary, cleaning carpet and vacuuming for a new client, and James, on a ladder at a post-construction cleanup. The owner is there as well, pulling an all-nighter. So are our two dogs, Chewy and Nick, because we love dogs. One customer summed up the people side in a Google review: “One of the hardest working, most honest people!”
One company for the routine and for the unusual
The heart of our work is the routine: office cleaning and janitorial service, which means trash removal, restroom cleaning and floor maintenance. We also clean carpets, maintain floors, clean medical offices and retail stores, clean up after construction and cover special events before, during and after. The unusual jobs are where it helps to have one company you already know. The pastor of a Mesa church wrote that when the church needs extra service, for funerals or during Holy Week, a single phone call or email is enough. And when a dust storm left its dust across one client’s floor, we did an emergency cleanup and the client still opened for business that day.
Offices are not the only buildings we look after. As our Google profile puts it, we are proud to support schools, churches, banks and businesses, and our business card reads complete building maintenance for commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Do not take a cleaning company’s word for it, ours included. We have great references available in all areas of building maintenance, among them clients we serve in Gilbert. Ask for them. Our Google reviews are public too: when we last read them, on October 10, 2026, there were 14, with a rating of 5.0. The oldest go back to 2013. “The most professional company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with,” one customer wrote in 2022. All 14 are printed on our homepage exactly as they were written, so you can judge the rest for yourself.
